Renewals 2009

Dear Member

There are changes to Snowsport England renewals for 2009. Please read the following carefully.

Online renewal

This year all renewals will be done online.

Go to http://membership.snowsportengland.org.uk/memberlogin.asp or follow the link from the Snowsport England home page.

NB: If you cannot get online to do your renewal, please contact the office on 0121 501 2314.

Change of renewal date

The Board has decided that the renewal date needs to be changed from the 1st January to the 1st November. This is for several reasons:

  1. To bring ourselves in line with Snowsport Scotland
  2. For performers competing over the Christmas break there have always been issues with getting athletes registered in time. It makes much more sense to have the renewal date earlier in the year.
  3. It means renewals are done before the season starts which will help all performers and coaches.

Renewals will take place as normal for 2009, but will be for a 10 month period only. The next renewal date will be 1st November 2009. As this is a reduced renewal year, we have made the following changes to the pricing structure.

No initial registration fee for performers (this was £15)

No Bass fee (this was £5)

Direct debit discount of:

£3 discount for performers and ASCL

£5 discount for instructors/coaches/tutors

£20 late payment fee from 1st Jan 2009

I hope you agree that having the renewal date at this time of year makes more sense.

If you do have any questions regarding this, please look at our FAQs section (click here) or send an email to tim@snowsportengland.org.uk

Regards

Tim Fawke

Chief Executive
