Head Coach wanted for Cross Country Development Squad

The British Nordic Development Squad are seeking to appoint a Head Coach

Job Description:

-To construct Squad Camp and Race Programme.

-Manage Volunteer Coaches. -Liase with Senior Squad Head Coach. -

To develop individual training programs for the Athletes.

-To monitor training and develop a fitness assessment

-To provide voluntary coaching hours.

-To maintain currency with coaching developments

DONATION PER ANNUM: CONTRIBUTION OF £2500 FROM THE SQUAD.

The British Nordic Development Squad receives no funding from Snowsports GB, or Home Nation governing bodies, and relies upon grants, limited sponsorship, and very limited Lottery Funding for equipment. The bulk of finance is raised from parents and athletes, therefore funds are extremely limited.

In recognition of the services required from a head coach the management committee has agreement from parents, and members to provide an honorarium in the region of £2,500 per annum.
